The introduction workshops provide information on how to equip a raw vegan kitchen, how to change your buying habits, how raw food revitalizes and rejuvenates, the benefits of raw food in anti-aging, raw food recipes, and healthy living. Raw food is a sustainable and natural way to achieve weight loss and to promote rejuvenation. During the workshop, Rosemarie provides details regarding farmers markets and tips on how to avoid supermarket shopping.  Participants are advised not to eat too much before attending the workshop as Rosemarie will prepare raw food dishes and invite all participants to try them. A booklet will be provided for participants to take home which includes about a dozen recipes to get started and a list of essential ingredients for a raw food pantry.
