This gorgeous recipe is the first of three created for us by Ashley from Gather and Feast and I can't wait for you to try it. Ashley takes what could be a simple Cacao flavour and packs a flavour punch with the addition of our doTerra essential oils. It's super simple to take your recipes next level by adding essential oils, they offer such a unique flavour profile that you won't find anywhere else. Wild Orange for example is extracted from the rind and tastes different to a conventional Orange flavour not to mention the amazing quality and potency. A little goes a long way.
1 large frozen banana
2 tbs soaked raw cashews
1 ½ cups almond milk
½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
1 tbs cacao powder (Pana Chocolate is always the best, can't beat the quality)
Pinch fleur de sel or pure sea salt
2 drops doTerra wild orange oil
1 drop doTerra cardamom oil

mixed fruits, nuts, seeds + edible flowers of your choice for garnishing.
used above are cacao nibs, dehydrated oranges, bee pollen, rose petals + Pana Chocolate bars.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve in a glass or pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
